CLARIFIER

Available in 1 litre and 5 litres

Swimming pools can become murky or cloudy at times, so we developed CLARIFIER. Using a polymer base ALGON’S CLARIFIER has been very successful for over 10 years. It will turn the cloudiest pool water crystal clear. It also greatly improves filter efficiency and does not alter PH.

For best results:

  1. Calculate the correct dosage using the table provided and add ALGON’S CLARIFIER to your Spa and/or your pool water spreading it over as large an area as possible and keep your pump running until your pool water is clear.
  2. Back wash your filter thoroughly.

PHOSPHATE REMOVER

Available in 1 litre and 5 litres

If phosphate is present in your pool water (and decaying vegetation is all it takes), algae will feed off it, making algae hard-to-remove. ALGON’S PHOSPHATE REMOVER does as it says, and makes algae much easier to control.

THE ULTIMATE FLOC

Available in 1 litre and 5 litres

THE ULTIMATE FLOC will restore clarity to the murkiest pool water. Instead of spreading Aluminium Sulphate (Allum) powder over the pool surface use ALGON’S liquid FLOC. It is a Poly Aluminium Sulphate in liquid for ease of use and good results. The base is Polyaluminium Chloride. For use when the pool water is more that just cloudy.

For best results:

  1. Set filter to re-circulate. If setting is not available, remove filter cartridge or grids.
  2. Calculate volume of ALGON’S THE ULTIMATE FLOC from the table shown and mix in a plastic bucket.
  3. Adjust Ph to between 7.2 & 7.6.
  4. Add the diluted ALGON’S THE ULTIMATE FLOC to pool water by spreading it as much as possible.
  5. Run pump for about an hour.
  6. Leave pool with pump off and let ALGON’S THE ULTIMATE FLOC do the rest.
  7. When the residue has settled (approx 5-6 hours) vacuum to waste.
  8. Reset settings on filter or replace cartridge or grids and resume normal filtration.

Water Clarifiers

Clarifiers gather particles in the water to form larger ones which can then be collected by the pool’s filter rendering your pool clear again.
